You make a monthly advance payment. This can be a fixed amount for actual service costs or a payment based on costs in previous years. In the latter case, you will receive a final bill in the following year.

Camera security: Can I request camera images if there is any damage or destruction to my property?
Only the police are authorised to obtain camera images. We are not authorised to do so. This is because of the General Data Protection Regulation (law on privacy). In the event ofdamage or destruction, a report must be made to the police and the insurance company.
Alarm goes off: what should I do?
What to do if the alarm goes off is explained in an evacuation plan for each building. The emergency exit is indicated on the evacuation plan posted in the common areas of each building.
