Dreef 32

This stunning monumental building is located in one of Haarlem’s most beautiful locations and a stone’s throw from the city centre. The characteristic building was built in neo-Renaissance style and is characterised by high ceilings and spacious rooms. At the front of the office, you have a beautiful view of city park the ‘Haarlemmerhout’. Anyone entering this office building will be captivated by its timeless class.

The many original details, such as stained glass and ornamented ceilings, have been excellently preserved and give the spacious rooms atmosphere. At the same time, all modern (office) facilities are present.

Units in object

Apart from the ground floor and basement, the property has two floors. The rooms themselves are beautiful with high ceilings, but are also equipped with a climate control system, lighting and sound system. The offices are unfurnished and come with beautiful wooden floors.

Surroundings

City parks Haarlemmerhout and Frederikspark are a stone’s throw away and offer a lovely place to unwind. From the stately Dreef, it is also a short walk to Haarlem’s lively city centre, with an array of restaurants, shops and amenities.

History
